A limited number of rooms is blocked (10 July 2019: 10 rooms left) for participants of the EMS Annual Meeting 2019 in the hotel "Scandic Eremitage" at Lyngby station. They are claiming that they are “from the congress organizers” and that they have a special hotel deal or that something is wrong with your hotel booking for the EMS Annual Meeting 2019. Please ignore these calls (and/or emails) and do not provide them with your credit card details. No housing agency has been contracted for the EMS Annual Meeting 2019.
